The Building Process
By the time your home is completed, it has passed through numerous closely supervised construction phases. Our manufacturing process eliminates 70 percent of the work that usually requires multiple subcontractors. We even complete most of the interior work at our facilities. This results in considerable savings, which we pass along to you.
When completed, your home will make one trip—to your home site—to be placed upon its foundation, ready for final installation and preparation for your move-in. Thanks to our manufacturing process and ease of assembly, we can complete a home in weeks, rather than months
